How do I book an appointment with Dr. Naiman?
You may either email foresthillfamilyhealth@gmail.com or you may call and speak with Sarethia.
Online booking will be available in the coming weeks.

Is Dr. Naiman taking new patients?
At the present time her practice is full and she is not accepting new patients.

Is there a pharmacy onsite?
Yes, there is a full service pharmacy with free city wide delivery.

Is there anything that I need to do?
Please ensure that any diagnostic imaging clinic (xray and ultrasound) or specialist know that Dr. Naiman has moved her office and provide them with the new address.

Is there going to be an annual fee program?
Yes, the new program begins Oct. 1 and runs for the year. You will be receiving a letter from Doctor Services within the next few weeks.

What about my records?
Records are being transferred the week of Sept. 3, 2024. You do not need to do anything.

What happens if I go to urgent care after August 31, 2024 at the clinic at 545 Wilson Avenue
You are no longer a patient at the clinic and cannot go to the clinic to be seen for Urgent Care. Please follow the directions I have provided for the new clinic.

What if I am doing bloodwork on the week of Sept 3?
Please do not complete bloodwork this week while the data is being transferred.

What if I require a same day appointment?
You may either email foresthillfamilyhealth@gmail.com or call Sarethia. She will speak with Dr. Naiman and you will be triaged by Dr. Naiman.

What if I want to talk to Dr. Naiman?
Please call the office or email to book an appointment.

What if my doctor is away and I need to be seen during the day?
Please write or email and Sarethia will do her best to have another physician see you.

What if there are no same day appointments left?
There is an urgent care clinic Monday to Thursday 5-8pm and Saturday or Sunday 9am-12am.
You must call (416) 907-8184 during the first 2 hours of the urgent care clinic and leave a message. The on call physician will call you back and indicate the time and location of your appointment.
The clinic does not operate as a walk-in clinic. You must call and leave a message. The on-call doctor will then return your call.

When does Dr. Naiman officially move and change the location of her practice?
The official move date is Tuesday September 2, 2024.

Where can I access urgent care until Dr. Naiman moves on September 3?
On Thurs. Aug. 29th & Sat. Aug.31 you can still be seen at the urgent care clinic at 545 Wilson Avenue by the on call physician.

Where do I park?
There is a Green P lot across the street and ample street parking on Eglinton Avenue.

Does Dr. Naiman have an assigned administrative assistant to her practice at the new location?
Yes. Sarethia Riley will be working closely with Dr. Naiman and assisting her patients.
